How to win over a waitress

Cottocrudo is the restaurant at the Four Seasons.  It is supposed to be an Italian restaurant but I'd prefer to describe it as Italian inspired.

We sat down and the waitress brought us over the menus and the wine list.  We handed back the wine list and told her we'd prefer something from the bar and preferably something made with a local liquor.  Smiling, she ran to the bar to get us a cocktail list.  I ordered something with Becherovka.  After my second, the waitress returned with the entire bottle so we would know what to buy before leaving the Czech Republic.

How was the food?  It did not disappoint.  The pastas were all with heavy sauces like lamb and duck or strange fishes that I'd never heard of.  I had chicken wrapped with pork with fennel and leeks and a parmesan orange sauce.  It reminded me more of something that I'd have in Portugal instead of Italy. Butch had beef entrecote.  I forgot to take pictures but here is a picture of the cheese and meat platter.  Our favorite was the wild boar salami with a pepper crust.

Today, we have a full day of sightseeing planned. I am most excited to go up to the castle.
